Benefits of your Septic Tank Protection Plan

Your septic tank protection plan provides a series of benefits which includes discounts and services of a wide variety such as:

• $200 savings card valid at nearly 1 million hotels and resorts
• Access to our 24-hour Septic Helpline to assist you with all of your septic questions
• 15% discount on all Septic Maxx products

Repair or replacement at Septic Maxx’s discretion for exterior in-ground wastewater line, septic tank, distribution box, rises, lids, line tees, couplings, vent pipe, and outlet baffle. 

How To Get Service

Call toll free at (800) 397-2384 to access benefits and service. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. We do require you to pump out your tank before applying service benefits.

Pricing For Your Plan

The pricing for your plan is monthly, quarterly (once every 3 months), or bi-annually (once every 6 months) for all benefits and services listed in this agreement.  Plans automatically renew unless canceled. The Application Fee is non-refundable.

Your Membership

Most homeowner’s insurance does not cover septic systems. Your plan does provide you with benefits which include protection benefits for your septic system. This is not a warranty, but a Club Membership that provides benefits which include protection for the most expensive appliance in your home, your septic system. Septic Maxx will apply benefits and services when applicable and reserves the right to edit and update benefits and services at any time.
